Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Consultant located in New Delhi. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients with travel plans by providing consultation, managing travel arrangements, and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service. Day-to-day tasks include booking flights, hotels, and other travel services, customizing travel packages, handling reservations, and providing support throughout the travel process to accommodate any changes or special requests. Qualifications Travel Consulting and Travel Management skills Experience in Travel Arrangements and Reservations Customer Service skills and the ability to handle client inquiries with professionalism Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in using travel booking systems and software is a plus Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field preferred
