We are hiring our first dedicated Growth/BD Executive to spearhead client acquisition for Chain Labs blockchain and AI agent development services in international markets. This is a high-impact, solo role where youll build the foundation of our sales engine from the ground up and have the opportunity to grow into a leadership position as we scale. What You’ll Do: Lead Generation (Primary Focus) Reach out to leads via cold calls, LinkedIn, WhatsApp/Telegram, email, and social media DMs. Run targeted outreach campaigns across multiple platforms. Explore unconventional methods to generate leads. Build lead lists and identify high-potential prospects. Sales & Closing Conduct discovery calls and present Chain Labs’ services and past successes. Close deals, onboard new clients, and negotiate contracts and pricing. Pipeline & Process Build and maintain CRM systems with detailed tracking of leads and deals. Prepare weekly sales reports and revenue forecasts. Use AI and automation tools to optimize outreach and sales processes. Document successful strategies and areas for improvement. Target: Drive towards achieving a 40L monthly revenue run rate. Primary success metrics: meetings booked and deals closed. Requirements: Must Have: 2+ years of B2B software development services sales experience. Experience selling to the US, Canada, or Australia markets. Confident English communication (spoken and written). Proven track record in direct outreach (LinkedIn DMs, cold calls, WhatsApp/Telegram, email). Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting. Self-starter mentality and ability to work independently. Strong Plus: Background in blockchain, crypto, or Web3 sales. Experience selling AI or automation products. Creative approaches to lead generation. Technical understanding of software development.
