HRSG Pressure Part - Component Engineer will be responsible for activities contributing to the design and development of Heat Recovery Steam Generator (HRSG) Pressure parts products, solutions and systems. Includes activities linked to technical improvement of existing products and components. 1. Roles and Responsibilities: HRSG Pressure Part - Component Engineer · Engineering for Thermal Layout and Design of Heat Recovery Steam Generator (HRSG) or Boilers including process calculations, material selection, pipeline sizing, establishing flow circuit diagram of pressure retaining components, implementing miscellaneous components like pumps, valves, etc. · This should also include Flow Circuit Diagram, Code Strength Calculations, Basic Component Stress Calculation & Stress Analysis by using basic formulars. · Interpreting and translating international code & standards such as ASME / EN / IBR into various component calculation and selection. · Developing Product Geometry by using 2D/3D tools based on front engineered calculation and selection information. · Includes indirect people management responsibility including staffing and product development. Utilizes in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline and analytical thinking and technical experience to execute policy/strategy. · A job at this level is likely to be an individual contributor with proven interpersonal skills or an early people leader who can hire and develop talent. Provides informal guidance to new team members. 2. Skills /Competencies: a. Essential Skills: · Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college. Mechanical Engineering is preferred. · Role requires 3 - 5 years of experience in the Engineering/Technology & Process Engineering. · Familiarity and experience with Combined Cycle Power Plants, HRSG, Boiler experience is preferred. · Entry level candidate in the Engineering/Technology & Process Engineering can apply whereas candidate can demonstrate strong capabilities on defined domain and skills. b. Preferred skills · Strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. HRSG- Auxiliary Equipment Engineer will be responsible for the specification, selection, and review of Heat Recovery Steam Generators (HRSG) Auxiliary Equipments including emissions control catalysts, duct burners, safety valves, acoustic control equipment, and pumps. You will be part of an international team supporting a diverse array of international customers of combined cycle power plants. In this position, you will be responsible for the HRSG Auxiliary Equipment as well as its interface with other HRSG Engineering team, and with a focus on project execution, product improvement, problem solving and product cost out. 1. Roles and Responsibilities: HRSG- Auxiliary Equipment Engineer · Responsible for the specification, selection, and review of third-party equipment to meet the Customer and Company’s needs. · Capable of working across a broad spectrum of technical areas including noise control, emissions control, fluid/thermal processes, pressure vessels and pumps. · Capable of taking a holistic approach to the HRSG design in order to optimize the overall equipment selection. · A · Responsible for evaluating, analyzing and explaining Auxiliary Equipment while working with Proposal Engineers, Service Engineers, Sourcing, Vendors, Customers, and Project Management. · Responsible for technical evaluation of third-party equipment suppliers. · Responsible for analysis and rectification of incorrectly performing equipment during and after installation. · Capable of working with domestic and international customers and vendors. · Responsible for the implementation of code requirements including hazardous area classification, and noise. · Be responsible for feedback and improvements to the methods and equipment used. · Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements. · Participate actively in various activities to secure competitiveness of HRSG products 2.
