CFO&EV -Finance Risk & Compliance

Role Overview: As a Risk and Compliance Manager in the CFO EV Finance and Risk practice at Accenture, you will play a crucial role in delivering Risk and Compliance strategy and solutions across various geographies. Your responsibilities will include advising financial and non-financial institutions on risk management areas, shaping thought capital on risk management topics, supporting practice development activities, and building strong relationships with global Accenture Risk Management teams. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design and delivery of strategy, business case analysis, transformation programs, and technology enablement in areas such as enterprise risk, portfolio management, capability maturity assessments, and fraud & financial crime risk compliance - Build sales pipeline through business development and proposals - Demonstrate strong business acumen and knowledge of risk management process - Solve complex business problems and deliver client delight - Contribute to the development of point of views on current industry trends - Utilize analytical and problem-solving skills to learn quickly - Communicate effectively, build relationships, and thrive in a dynamic consulting environment Qualifications Required: - MBA from Tier-1 B-schools with specialization in risk management - 8-10 years of risk management experience in financial services institutions, rating agencies, or risk advisory - Hands-on experience in areas such as credit risk measurement, market risk management, operational risk management, liquidity risk measurement, and fraud risk management - Strong understanding of risk regulatory frameworks and knowledge of risk platforms - Industry certifications such as FRM, PRM, CFA preferred About the Company: Accenture offers an opportunity to work on transformative projects with key G2000 clients, co-create innovative solutions leveraging emerging technologies, embed responsible business practices, access personalized training modules, and thrive in a culture committed to equality and boundaryless collaboration.,
