Role Overview: As a Platforms Consultant at Accenture, you will play a crucial role in leading and delivering SAP S/4 HANA engagements across different implementation approaches. Your responsibilities will include understanding client business processes, driving sales pipeline, leading business case creation, and continuously improving methodology and tools. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and deliver S/4 HANA engagements, demonstrating excellent understanding of client business processes, pain points, solution options, and organization structure. - Drive and build sales pipeline, including business development and proposals. - Stay updated on digital finance technologies that drive business processes. - Lead the creation of business cases for SAP design to implementation projects. - Drive continuous improvement capability in methodology, tools, practices, and maturity. Qualifications Required: - MBA from a Tier-1 or Tier-2 B-school, or CA or CPA. - 4-7 years of work experience, with expertise in S4HANA, SAP FICO, and Finance Technology projects. - Experience in end-to-end implementation, consulting in big4 or similar firms, and process expertise in finance, accounting, treasury, or tax operations. - Proficiency in SAP reporting capabilities, understanding of SAP and Allied Systems reporting and customization, and knowledge of Fiori and Dashboard development in SAP Core ERP. - Deep knowledge in SAP System Integration projects, with proactive interest or certification in technologies beyond SAP. - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
