Job Summary

We are seeking experienced

CFD Simulation Engineers

with

3+ years of professional experience

to join our team in

Trichy

. The role involves developing and analyzing airflow, thermal, and building mechanical simulations using advanced CFD tools. This position offers an excellent platform to further enhance expertise in computational modelling while contributing to innovative engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize CFD simulation models for diverse projects.
  • Perform CFD simulations for building environments, including HVAC systems, ventilation efficiency, and thermal comfort analysis.
  • Perform analysis of airflow, heat transfer, and mechanical behavior of products and systems.
  • Prepare and document simulation data and technical reports for internal and client use.
  • Collaborate with design engineering teams to validate and correlate simulation results with experimental data.
  • Provide simulation-driven insights to support sales, design, and project delivery teams.
  • Continuously explore and implement new techniques in CFD and HVAC system applications.

Technical / Must-Have Skills

  • Solid understanding of fluid dynamics, heat transfer, and turbulence modeling.
  • Hands-on professional experience with ANSYS Fluent / CFX; experience in OpenFOAM would be an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in meshing tools (ICEM CFD, ANSYS Meshing, or similar).
  • Knowledge of HVAC, thermal comfort, fire dynamics, or built environment applications would be beneficial.
  • Skilled in interpreting engineering data and preparing client-ready reports.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills in multidisciplinary project environments.

Education

Bachelor s degree in mechanical engineering, Thermal Engineering, or a related discipline.
