As an Officer Data Management/Information Analyst in the AIM team based in Bengaluru, India supporting the Global Wealth team, your role is crucial in enabling decision making and problem-solving through data. Your key responsibilities include: - Developing insightful and visually compelling dashboards to support decision-making and drive adoption. - Understanding existing data and reporting by connecting with various business teams and technology platforms. - Developing strong processes and controls to address risks and propagate a culture of excellence within your team. - Managing and sequencing the delivery of reporting and data needs to optimize productivity. - Supporting your team to accomplish their goals by facilitating and creating a positive work atmosphere. To qualify for this role, you must have: - 6+ years of work experience in the BI/Reporting space. - Expertise in working with SQL. - Expertise in Tableau for at least 4+ years as a primary responsibility. - Strong skills in date calculations and LODs in Tableau. - Good awareness of all Tableau tools in the ecosystem. - Working experience with MS Office Package, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc., with VBA. - Knowledge of Hadoop, Hive is a plus.
