Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru for a Certified Reformer Pilates Instructor. The instructor will lead reformer Pilates classes and individual sessions, guiding clients through personalized exercise programs tailored to their fitness levels and goals. Additional responsibilities include maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring safety during workouts, and supporting clients in achieving improved strength, flexibility, and overall well-being. The role also involves upholding the studio's commitment to excellence in instruction and customer care.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Pilates Instruction and Group Exercise techniques
• Knowledge and skills in Physical Therapy, with emphasis on injury prevention and rehabilitation
• Strong Customer Service skills and ability to provide attentive, personalized support
• Experience in Teaching and conducting interactive and effective sessions
• Certified as a Reformer Pilates Instructor
• Passion for fostering a mindful, supportive, and purposeful movement environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
