We are seeking a passionate and experienced Certified Personal Trainer to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver personalized workout programs tailored to individual client goals, fitness levels, and medical backgrounds.
• Conduct fitness assessments, body composition analysis, and progress tracking.
• Educate members on correct exercise techniques, proper form, and safe equipment usage.
• Motivate and guide clients to achieve their fitness goals through consistent support and progress evaluation.
• Stay updated with the latest fitness trends, training methodologies, and nutrition basics.
• Work closely with the gym team to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming workout environment.
• Conduct small group training sessions or functional classes if required.

Requirements

• Certification: Must hold a recognized Personal Trainer Certification (e.g., ACE, NASM, ISSA, ACSM, NSCA, etc.).
• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on personal training experience in a gym or fitness studio.
• Strong understanding of exercise science, biomechanics, and functional training techniques.
• Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt programs for clients with varying fitness levels or specific needs.
• Basic knowledge of nutrition principles is a plus.
