Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop interactive, engaging digital experiences using Ceros. - Collaborate with designers, marketers, and content teams to translate creative concepts into interactive designs. - Optimize Ceros experiences for responsiveness, accessibility, and performance across multiple devices. - Integrate Ceros experiences with third-party platforms, websites, and analytics tools. - Implement animations, interactive elements, and multimedia assets to enhance engagement. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Ceros projects. - Stay updated with the latest trends in interactive content, UX/UI best practices, and web development. - Ensure projects align with branding guidelines and marketing objectives. Qualifications Required: - 3-5 years of experience in interactive design and development, with a strong focus on Ceros. - Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to customize Ceros experiences as needed. - Strong UI/UX understanding and ability to create visually appealing designs. - Experience with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects), and other design tools. - Familiarity with SEO best practices and web accessibility standards. - Experience in working with Google Analytics, HubSpot, or other marketing automation tools is a plus. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
