Role Overview: You will be a skilled Cerner CCL Report Writer joining the India-based captive technology team supporting a global healthcare provider. Your main responsibility will be developing and maintaining Cerner CCL reports that cater to clinical, operational, and regulatory reporting needs across the hospital network. Collaboration with global stakeholders to provide high-quality, accurate, and timely data solutions to enhance patient care and operational efficiency will be key. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain custom reports using Cerner Command Language (CCL) within the Cerner Millennium environment. - Collaborate with clinical and business teams globally to gather and analyze reporting requirements. - Translate healthcare workflows into efficient and meaningful data outputs. - Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with international healthcare regulations such as HIPAA and GDPR. - Provide support for ad hoc and scheduled reporting for clinical quality, operations, and compliance. - Optimize report performance and troubleshoot issues in coordination with global IT teams. - Document report logic, data sources, and usage guidelines for internal stakeholders. Qualification Required: - 3+ years of hands-on experience with Cerner CCL and Cerner Millennium data structures. - Strong SQL skills and understanding of relational databases. - Experience in a healthcare IT or hospital reporting environment. - Familiarity with clinical workflows, healthcare terminology, and regulatory reporting. - Excellent communication skills to work effectively in a global, cross-functional team.
