We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Purchase Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring timely and cost-effective purchase of goods and services for the organization. This role demands strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build relationships with suppliers and vendors.Key Responsibilities:Procurement Management: Oversee the entire procurement process, from identifying requirements to purchasing and delivery of goods and services. Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on cost, quality, and reliability. Maintain relationships with current vendors while continuously exploring new suppliers. Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to ensure cost efficiency while maintaining quality standards. Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and manage stock orders to ensure seamless operations without overstocking or stockouts. Order Processing: Ensure the timely placement of orders and follow up on the delivery schedule to meet production requirements. Quality Assurance: Work closely with the quality control team to ensure that purchased materials meet the company's standards and specifications. Budget Control: Assist in budget preparation, monitor procurement expenditures, and report on cost-saving initiatives. Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and procurement standards while maintaining records of purchase transactions. Reporting: Provide regular reports on procurement activities, supplier performance, and cost-saving measures. Required Skills & Qualifications:Education: Any Graduate; B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering is preferred. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment. Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills with a focus on cost control and supplier relationship management. Knowledge: Good understanding of supply chain processes, purchasing systems, and inventory management. Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of mechanical products or materials is preferred to ensure technical requirements are met. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective coordination with suppliers, internal teams, and stakeholders. Problem-Solving: Ability to address issues with suppliers, resolve procurement challenges, and make quick decisions. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously. Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with procurement software or ERP systems. Preferred Skills:Experience in the mechanical or manufacturing industry. Familiarity with supply chain management software or ERP systems. Certification in supply chain or procurement management is a plus.

The role requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the recruitment process from job posting to interviewing and hiring new employees. Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. Employee Relations: Address employee grievances and conflicts, mediate resolutions, and promote a positive work environment. Provide guidance on HR-related matters to staff and management. Performance Management: Implement and manage the performance appraisal system. Assist in setting performance goals, conducting evaluations, and providing feedback for employee development. Leadership: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage employee relationships, guide teams, and contribute to strategic HR initiatives. Problem-Solving: Ability to handle complex employee issues, resolve conflicts, and make decisions with a focus on organizational goals. Organizational Skills: Strong time-management, organizational, and multitasking abilities. HR Software: Proficiency with HRMS, payroll software, and MS Office Suite. Confidentiality: High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality on sensitive matters. Preferred Skills:Experience in a managerial role or team leadership. Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus. Experience with performance management systems and employee engagement initiatives.
