Role Overview:
Lead Macwin//'s operations with full ownership-from solar panel production and quality control to dispatch and delivery-ensuring operational excellence, growth, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end manufacturing process, from raw material procurement to production, quality assurance, and final dispatch.

• Ensure high operational efficiency, on-time delivery, and exceptional product quality across all solar panel output.

• Drive expansion of manufacturing capacity, streamline operations, and maintain scalability aligned with business growth.

• Lead cross-functional teams-production, logistics, quality, and supply chain-to deliver seamless end-to-end operations.

• Develop and implement strategic plans to meet market demand, enhance efficiency, and uphold sustainability standards.

• Report to the founding team and board, providing insights on operational performance and supply chain effectiveness.

Required Experience & Profile:

• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in solar, renewable energy, or heavy industrial production.

• Proven track record of full-cycle responsibility from production to dispatch in a high-volume manufacturing setting.

• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and operational execution skills.
