Role & responsibilities
Business & Revenue Growth
1.Own and drive revenue targets, enrollments, and profitability for all centers within the cluster.
2.Implement strategies to achieve business goals and ensure ROI across centers.
Operational Excellence
1.Ensure smooth functioning of all centers, adhering to operational standards.
2.Monitor daily operations, student experience, and service quality across centers.
Team Leadership
1.Hire, mentor, and manage Center Managers, Academic Counselors, and front-office teams.
2.Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability and growth.
Market Expansion & Local Engagement
1.Identify high-potential micro-markets for new center launches.
2.Build strong relationships with local stakeholders, schools, parents, community leaders, and partners.
Marketing & Outreach
1.Drive localized offline marketing campaigns (events, partnerships, outdoor branding, school fairs).
2.Strengthen brand visibility and student acquisition efforts at the cluster level.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
1.Track key KPIs including leads, conversions, footfalls, cost per acquisition, and student satisfaction.
2.Provide timely business reviews and actionable insights to senior leadership.
Compliance & Process Adherence
Ensure all academic, financial, and operational processes align with company standards and regulatory norms.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹14,559.08 - ₹48,162.95 per month
