Centralized Load Controller

As a Load Controller at our Aviation Service Providing Organization in Andheri East (Mumbai), you will play a crucial role in developing efficient cargo loading plans for trip support activities handled by the load masters. Your responsibilities will include using effective load planning systems to determine optimal weight distribution and cargo placement within the aircraft to ensure stability and compliance with safety regulations. It will be your duty to ensure accurate and complete documentation of all cargo details, including weight, dimensions, and special handling requirements. You will collaborate with various agencies to coordinate flight schedules, parking lots, and other pre and post-arrival tasks to be prepared by the load masters before the flights arrive, following the checklist issued by the airline. Your role will also involve overseeing the proper execution of the load plan, prioritizing the safety of the aircraft. Working closely with load masters, you will conduct pre-departure walkarounds to ensure adherence to all processes and compliance requirements before departure. Your attention to detail and commitment to safety will be instrumental in the smooth and efficient operation of cargo loading activities.
