Role Overview: As a developer for this project, you will be responsible for building and deploying proprietary trading algorithms on centralized exchanges. You will collaborate closely with the management team to transform mathematical models into trading systems and maintain connectivity with global exchanges. Key Responsibilities: - Implement algorithmic trading strategies on centralized exchanges (CEXs) such as Binance, OKX, Deribit, and more - Ensure low-latency execution, high accuracy, and effective risk management - Optimize order placement, arbitrage opportunities, and execution logic Qualification Required: CEX Trading Developers: - Deep understanding of market microstructure and order book dynamics - Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java - Experience working with FIX/REST/WebSocket APIs - Comfortable with high-performance computing and data feeds Quant Analysts / Strategists: - Strong mathematical and statistical background, preferably in high-frequency trading (HFT) or algorithmic trading - Ability to collaborate with the management team to formalize strategies and backtest logic Additional Details: The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $36,000 to $50,000, along with an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
