Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Senior Sales Executive. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible the direct business of the company, including corporate clinets in infra, airport etc. Along with developing the market for foam filled tyres (PU Puncuture Proof Tyres) which are used in AWPs. They will be resoubsible for generating leads, building and maintaining client relationships, and closing sales deals. Daily tasks include market research, meeting sales targets, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop sales strategies. The role also involves conducting client presentations and negotiating contracts to drive business growth. Qualifications Proven experience in sales and client relationship management Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to conduct market research and develop sales strategies Experience with CRM software and sales reporting Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous experience in the tyre or automotive industry is a plus Willingness to travel as required

Key Responsibilities: Tire Inspection & Diagnosis Conduct detailed visual and hands-on inspections of OTR tries to identify wear patterns, damages, cuts, punctures, or abnormalities. Measure tire tread depth, air pressure, and overall structural condition. Identify causes of tire damage or wear (e.g., overloading, misalignment, or improper inflation). Technical Analysis Use technical tools (e.g., tire depth gauges, pressure gauges, and electronic diagnostic tools) to gather accurate data. Analyze and interpret technical data to determine the lifespan and usability of the tire. Prepare detailed reports on findings, including technical recommendations for repair, retreading, or replacement. Maintenance & Repair Guidance Recommend appropriate maintenance strategies to prolong tire life and prevent future issues. Provide advice on the safe repair or retreading of OTR tires based on technical standards. Monitor tire performance post-repair or retreading to assess effectiveness. Customer Interaction & Support Educate customers on tire handling, storage, and proper inflation practices. Explain inspection findings and technical recommendations to clients in a clear and professional manner. Documentation & Reporting Maintain accurate records of inspections, findings, and technical analyses. Create periodic reports summarizing overall tire conditions, common issues, and recommendations for improvement. Compliance & Safety Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards during inspections. Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to OTR tire maintenance. Collaboration Work closely with fleet managers, equipment operators, and tire service teams to address tire-related issues. Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers for warranty claims, technical support, or product recommendations. Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent (required). Certification in tire technology or a related field is preferred. Experience: Minimum 23 years of experience in OTR tire inspection, repair, or related roles. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of OTR tire types, brands, tread patterns, and applications. Proficient in using inspection tools and diagnostic equipment. Familiarity with tire repair and retreading processes. Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills to explain technical findings clearly. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy tires and work in various environments (e.g., mines, construction sites). Preferred Skills & Knowledge: Understanding of tire load indices, speed ratings, and temperature tolerances. Experience with predictive maintenance software or tracking systems for OTR tires. Knowledge of environmental conditions affecting tire performance (e.g., heat, terrain, and moisture). Work Environment: Fieldwork at customer sites, including mines, quarries, and construction zones. Regular use of safety gear and adherence to site-specific safety protocols.
