Job Description

As the Central Studio Team Manager at the GCOE, your primary role involves day-to-day management and oversight of resources. This includes maintaining work schedules, handling time off requests, resolving staffing conflicts, and ensuring proper resourcing in direct support of management. You will be responsible for monitoring and assessing team and individual performance against goals and KPIs, identifying improvement opportunities, addressing conflicts, and escalating attrition risks when necessary. Additionally, you will actively participate in team members" performance reviews, provide feedback to management, and contribute to identifying growth and skill development opportunities to enhance the Central Studio team's capabilities. Key Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day operations of the Central Studio team, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and in line with guidelines and service level agreements. - Collaborate with onshore team leads to evaluate onboarding status, training needs, and technical skills for continuous improvement. - Provide regular feedback to support management in assessing individual skills, aptitude, and career development opportunities. - Share status updates and reports with leadership on a regular basis to ensure transparency and alignment with goals. - Foster a cohesive work environment among the Central Studio team and time zone-specific teams to support the Art Department's objectives. - Maintain a current understanding of Art Department processes, workflows, SLAs, and brand guidelines to oversee deliverables effectively. Qualifications Required: - Masters Degree or equivalent industry experience - 5+ years of previous creative team management experience - Proficiency in English with excellent oral/written communication and presentation skills - Strong leadership qualities, empathy, and a solution-oriented mindset with mentorship skills Preferred Skills: - Demonstrated understanding of project and resource management - Familiarity with project management software such as Workfront - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office Suite programs Please note that this job opportunity is based in Bangalore with shift timings from 3 pm to 11:45 pm (GMT).
