As a Center Manager/Branch Manager at Softlogic, you will be responsible for various business outputs to drive sales and meet objectives. Your role will involve coordinating daily tasks, managing front desk activities, and working closely with the center's team consisting of SEOs, salespeople, trainers, and placement team. You will ensure that the placement team and trainers adhere to best practices while upholding excellent service standards and managing demands for repairs and other center-related needs. Your dedication towards achieving the organization's goals will be crucial in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Accountable for achieving business outputs to increase sales and meet objectives - Arrange and manage daily tasks, including front desk activities - Cooperate with the center's team, including SEOs, salespeople, trainers, and placement team - Ensure adherence to best practices by the placement team and trainers - Coordinate facilities-related issues for students with the relevant department - Uphold excellent service and satisfaction standards - Manage demands for repairs and other center needs - Work towards achieving the organization's goals honestly Qualifications Required: - Strong experience in sales and customer service - Excellent communication skills in Tamil, English, Hindi, Malayalam, Kannada, and Telugu - Proficiency in Excel and MS Office - Ability to help the center achieve monthly goals - Strong counseling and convincing skills - Openness to lifelong learning and development - Capacity to work effectively in a team - Willingness to accept occasional location changes Softlogic is a company that values dedication towards learner achievement and offers a supportive work environment where you can contribute to empowering individuals for a competitive future.
