Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Account Manager-Oncology located in Hyderabad. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing key accounts, developing and executing business plans, providing excellent customer service, and analyzing account performance. The day-to-day tasks include maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing their needs and concerns. The role requires close collaboration with various departments to align business strategies and achieve organizational goals. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills Proven experience in Account Management and maintaining Key Accounts Effective Business Planning skills Excellent Customer Service skills Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, especially in Oncology, is preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field
