Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate and lead a manufacturing cell within the Packaging Department. - Provide support to operator teams in achieving the cell's operational plans and targets. - Ensure operational standards and behaviors align with safe and compliant product manufacture. - Verify that cell operators possess the necessary skills and competence for safe product manufacture. - Communicate updates on cell production performance, equipment status, and personnel issues to the Shift Leader and the packaging team. - Engage cell teams in enhancing quality, safety compliance, operational performance, and efficiency through continuous Kaizen activities. Qualifications: Relevant Experience: - In-depth knowledge of packaging production processes. - Understanding of quality aspects in GMP environments. - Exposure to Operational Excellence/Continuous Improvement methodologies.
