Job Summary:

Celigo Consultant

Primary Roles and Responsibilities:

• Configure and optimize

  Celigo integrations between Shopify, NetSuite, and other platforms

  for both the

  USA and subsidiary stores

  .
• Develop and implement automation workflows to streamline data transfers and synchronize inventory, orders, and financial transactions.
• Troubleshoot integration issues across different Shopify expansion stores and ensure data consistency.
• Customize Celigo flows based on business needs for

  multi-region compliance

  .
• Monitor integration performance and resolve failures in real-time.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve system efficiency and automation.
• Document integration processes and provide training to internal teams for scalability.
• Keep up-to-date with Celigo enhancements, best practices, and compliance requirements.

Extended Responsibilities:

• Assist in optimizing NetSuite/Centric/Salesforce or any other ERP/CRM workflows that impact Shopify or any other eCommerce platform data sync.
• Work closely with developers and business teams to enhance automation efficiency.
• Provide troubleshooting and technical support for data flow issues between ERP and eCommerce.

Tools and Technical Expertise Required:

• Celigo Integration Platform:

  Managing data flows, troubleshooting errors.

• API and Data Mapping Tools:

  REST, JSON, and XML integration.

• Shopify API & NetSuite ERP Knowledge:

  Ensuring smooth data sync.

• Middleware Solutions & Automation Scripts:

  Managing workflow automations.

Preferred Skills:

• Any experience with integrating, managing or working with ERP.

• Familiarity with eCommerce operations across multi-country stores.

• Experience with Agile/Scrum Development Models.
