Role & responsibilities Process and manage vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. Verify and match invoices to purchase orders and receipts. Prepare and execute payments to vendors, ensuring timely processing and resolution of discrepancies. Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions and support documentation. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any issues or discrepancies. Assist in month-end closing processes by ensuring all accounts payable transactions are recorded.
