CEC Trainer / Bank - Noida

You should have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. You will be responsible for planning and facilitating new hire training, refresher trainings, and compliance-based functional training for new and existing officers/employees. It will be your duty to plan and conduct refresher sessions at predetermined frequencies, ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of the training. You will also be driving NPS/sales targets and implementing strategies devised for the process. Conducting OJT, providing coaching/feedback, and supervision to new hires during this period will be part of your role. Monitoring calls on functional and behavioral parameters is another task you will be handling. Experience in handling Nesting & OJT batches and possessing excellent coaching and mentoring techniques are essential. You must be able to identify training needs based on call evaluation and gaps in product and process understanding. This is a full-time job with day shift schedule. The preferred education requirement is a Diploma. Having 1 year of teaching experience and a total of 1 year of work experience is preferred. Proficiency in English is also preferred. The work location will be in person.,
