Job Description

Role Overview: As a member of Hitachi Solutions, Ltd., you will be responsible for implementing and deploying Microsoft Dynamics CE. Your role will involve analyzing front office processes such as sales, marketing, and customer service to identify areas for improvement. You will gather and understand client functional requirements, perform gap analysis, configure the application, and identify creative solutions to meet client requirements without the need for custom code. Additionally, you will design and integrate business processes and data flows between CRM applications and other applications, provide training to client personnel, develop project work plans, and offer technical support to existing CRM clients. Key Responsibilities: - Implement and deploy Microsoft Dynamics CE - Analyze front office processes to identify improvement opportunities - Gather and understand client functional requirements - Perform gap analysis between client requirements and Microsoft Dynamics CE functionality - Configure the application using Microsoft Dynamics CRM Customization Tool, Workflow Tool, or SDK - Identify creative workarounds to meet requirements without custom code development - Understand functional capabilities and limitations of out-of-the-box functionality and custom code - Create technical specifications - Design and integrate business processes and data flows between CRM and other applications - Train client personnel on Microsoft Dynamics CE usage and administration - Develop high-level project work plans - Provide technical support to existing CRM clients Qualifications: - Previous experience in implementing and deploying Microsoft Dynamics CE - Strong analytical skills and ability to identify process improvement opportunities - Ability to gather and understand client functional requirements - Proficiency in configuring Microsoft Dynamics CRM using Customization Tool, Workflow Tool, or SDK - Knowledge of business processes and data flows between CRM and other applications - Experience in providing training and technical support to clients (Note: Additional Information section is not provided in the Job Description),
