Job Description

As a passionate and dynamic kitchen professional in Thrissur District, you take pride in setting high standards and qualities in food production. Your role involves preparing daily mis-en-place and food production in various sections of the main kitchen. You will coordinate daily tasks with the Head Chef or Executive Chef and follow their instructions to ensure consistent quality and standards. Keeping up to date with new products, recipes, and preparation techniques is essential. Your key responsibilities include: - Ensuring the highest standards and consistent quality in daily food preparation - Instructing and leading subordinates in their daily food preparation requirements - Coordinating with other sections for requirements, cleanliness, wastage, and cost control - Guiding and training subordinates daily to maintain high motivation and an economical working environment - Participating in setting up and supervising buffets and special functions Additionally, you will be responsible for consulting and checking daily requirements, functions, and last-minute events. The job is full-time and permanent, with benefits such as provided food and leave encashment. Qualifications required: - Total work experience of 5 years, with 2 years as a CDP - Proficiency in Malayalam Please note that the work location is in person.,
