Job Description

Key responsibilities

  • Station management: Set up, operate, and clean a specific kitchen station, such as a grill, fry, or pastry station.
  • Dish preparation: Cook and present dishes accurately according to the restaurant's recipes and standards.
  • Team supervision: Lead, train, and supervise junior kitchen staff, such as commis chefs.
  • Quality control: Ensure food quality, presentation, and portions meet the required standards.
  • Hygiene and safety: Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all food hygiene and health regulations.
  • Inventory and ordering: Monitor and manage stock for your station, including ordering supplies as needed.
  • Menu development: Assist the head and sous chefs in creating new dishes and refining existing recipes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
