Job Description

CHINESE COOK

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Chinese Cook to join our team at our restaurant in Madurai.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook a wide range of Chinese dishes, including stir-fries, noodles, soups, and rice dishes
Ensure that all ingredients are fresh and of high quality
Follow recipes and cooking techniques to maintain consistency in taste and presentation
Monitor food stock levels and place orders as needed.
Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and timely food preparation.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Assist in the development of new menu items and specials.
Strong knowledge of Chinese cuisine and cooking techniques
Food safety and hygiene certification is preferred
