Prepare, cook, and present dishes to the restaurants standards
Manage and supervise a designated kitchen section
Ensure all food produced meets quality, portion, and presentation standards
Maintain proper hygiene, sanitation, and food safety practices at all times
Check stock levels, order supplies when necessary, and reduce food wastage
Train and guide Commis Chefs and other junior staff
Report any equipment issues or maintenance needs to the Sous Chef/Head Chef.
