Experience Required: 2 years (preferred)

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie (CDP) to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will manage a specific section of the kitchen, maintain quality standards, and support the Head Chef in delivering excellent dishes consistently.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to the restaurant’s standards.
• Manage a specific kitchen section (grill, sauté, fry, pantry, etc.).
• Ensure all food is prepared with high hygiene and safety standards.
• Monitor portion control and reduce food wastage.
• Assist Head Chef and Sous Chef in menu planning and daily operations.
• Train and guide Commis chefs and junior staff.
• Maintain inventory and report shortages on time.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the workstation.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as CDP or Demi CDP.
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Understanding of food safety and HACCP guidelines.
