Hiring: CDP (Chef de Partie) – Rusted Spoon Café, Uttarahalli

We are looking for a skilled & passionate CDP to join our premium café team.

Position: Chef de Partie (CDP) Location: Rusted Spoon Café, Uttarahalli Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 (based on experience) Food: 2 Times Meals Provided Accommodation: Company Accommodation Provided Working Hours: 9-Hour Login (1 Hour Break)

Job Responsibilities

The ideal candidate must be able to:

Café & Bakery Production

• Prepare and manage trending café menu items

(Cakes, Rice Bowls, Ice Creams, Croissants, Cinnamon Rolls, Cookies, Pastries, etc.)

• Follow café-style plating, consistency & taste standards
• Handle basic and advanced baking & confectionery tasks
• Create new menu items based on market trends

Kitchen Operations

• Maintain kitchen hygiene, stock control & portioning
• Ensure quality, taste, and presentation are always premium
• Assist in managing junior kitchen staff
• Maintain café equipment & daily cleaning schedules

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2–4 years as CDP in Café/Bakery/Confectionery
• Skills: Strong knowledge in baking, confectionery & café food trends
• Passion: Must be genuinely passionate about bakery, café-style dishes & creativity
• Personality: Fast, disciplined, committed and able to handle rush hours
• Language: Basic English/Hindi preferred (not mandatory)
