CCTV/Networking Engineer

As a CCTV/Networking Engineer, you will be responsible for effectively communicating with field staff to guide them through troubleshooting and resolving issues related to CCTV systems, CPUs, WiFi, and networking. Your role will involve preparing daily status reports and sharing them with clients, as well as promptly addressing any issues that arise in a timely manner. You should possess excellent communication skills in order to interact with clients and address their concerns efficiently. Additionally, you must have the ability to anticipate potential issues and take corrective actions proactively. Collaboration with the installation and planning teams to enhance the overall system efficiency will be a key part of your responsibilities. This position requires a Diploma, B.C.A, or BTech degree along with 1-4 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in networking, CCTV installation, biometric solutions, and hardware troubleshooting. A willingness to travel to field sites across India to address issues positively and effectively is essential.
