CCTV Technician

Role Overview: As a Technician in CCTV/Networking, your primary responsibility will be to install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems, including both IP and analog cameras. You will also be in charge of setting up and maintaining LAN infrastructure, troubleshooting network issues, and collaborating with IT teams for system integrations and upgrades. Additionally, you will provide technical support and training to end-users as needed. Key Responsibilities: - Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems, including IP and analog cameras. - Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance of surveillance equipment. - Set up and maintain LAN infrastructure, including routers, switches, and cabling. - Troubleshoot network issues and ensure minimal downtime. - Configure and manage network switches to ensure proper connectivity. - Collaborate with IT teams for system integrations and upgrades. - Maintain documentation for installations, configurations, and repairs. - Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed. Qualifications Required: - Familiarity with different brands of CCTV systems and networking hardware. - Fast preference for candidates from Hooghly. Note: This job is available in multiple cities including Kolkata and offers options for full-time, part-time, and permanent positions. The expected work hours are 42 per week with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, day shift schedule from Monday to Friday, performance bonus, and yearly bonus. The work location is in person.
