CCTV HUB Team Leader

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead a team of CCTV operators in day-to-day surveillance activities.
  • Ensure continuous monitoring and recording of CCTV footage.
  • Manage incident escalation and reporting in line with company protocols.
  • Train junior staff on basic technical troubleshooting and system usage.
  • Maintain system health, coordinate with technical teams for maintenance/repair.
  • Develop and manage duty schedules ensuring 24/7 operational coverage.
  • Prepare daily and weekly reports for senior management.
  • Coordinate with security, IT, and other departments for issue resolution.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Any Graduate with a minimum of

    1+ years experience

    in a CCTV operations or control room environment.
  • Prior experience in

    rotational shifts

    is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of CCTV systems and basic troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Good communication and report-writing ability.
