Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented CCTV Infra Audit Executive to monitor and audit the infrastructure and operations of our labs and hubs via CCTV, ensuring adherence to SOPs, compliance checklists, and operational guidelines. This role is crucial for maintaining high service standards and regulatory compliance across locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular infrastructure and operational audits via CCTV for all Labs and hubs as per defined Checklists and Standard Operating Procedures (SoPs).
• Perform hub-level audits (logistics/operational centers) via CCTV as per compliance and infra audit requirements.
• Identify and document non-compliance, technical issues, or SOP deviations in a detailed audit report.
• Collaborate with regional teams, center managers, and the infra team to ensure timely closure of audit observations.
• Track and escalate repeat violations or unresolved infra issues.
• Provide recommendations to improve operational compliance, safety, and infrastructure quality.
• Maintain audit logs and ensure timely reporting to audit leads or compliance heads.
• Support in CCTV infrastructure health monitoring, uptime, and issue flagging if necessary.
• Contribute to enhancing the audit checklist periodically based on field realities and compliance updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline; technical background (B.Sc IT, BCA, etc.) preferred.
• 1–5 years of experience in CCTV monitoring/auditing, infra audit, or security compliance.
• Strong knowledge of SOPs, audit checklists, and retail/hub infrastructure norms.
• Familiarity with CCTV monitoring tools and remote surveillance protocols.
• Excellent observation, documentation, and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, audit tools, and report drafting.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in retail operations audit, hospital/healthcare infra monitoring, or hub logistics audits is a strong plus.
• Knowledge of compliance standards in healthcare or retail infra settings.

Work Type:

Full-time | Bangalore-based (Remote monitoring with possible site visits if needed)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹28,000.00 per month
