CCTV Installer

As a CCTV & Fire Alarm Technician, your role involves installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting CCTV surveillance systems and fire alarm systems. You will need to have hands-on experience with electrical systems, be familiar with safety standards, and ensure timely and quality service. Key Responsibilities: - Install, configure, and test CCTV systems, including cameras, DVRs/NVRs, monitors, and cabling. - Install and commission fire alarm systems, including panels, smoke detectors, heat sensors, and control modules. - Perform regular maintenance, inspections, and servicing of CCTV and fire alarm equipment. - Diagnose and resolve system faults or malfunctions in a timely manner. - Ensure proper wiring, power supply connections, and system integration. - Maintain accurate records of installations, service reports, and inventory. - Follow safety and building codes during installation and repair work. - Provide on-site technical support and respond to emergency service calls. - Coordinate with clients, contractors, and team members for project execution. - Stay updated with the latest security and fire safety technologies. Qualifications Required: - Relevant technical certification or diploma in electronics or a related field. - Proven experience in installing and maintaining CCTV and fire alarm systems. - Strong understanding of electrical systems and safety standards. - Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot system issues effectively. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions. - Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to different work sites.
