CCTV AND SECURITY PRODUCTS TECHNICIAN

You are a skilled and dedicated Technician who will be joining the technical team to handle the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CCTV, networking, and security systems at client locations. **Key Responsibilities:** - Install and configure CCTV cameras, DVRs/NVRs, and networking equipment. - Perform cabling, crimping, and routing for CCTV and data networks. - Diagnose and repair system faults and connectivity issues. - Provide on-site technical support and maintenance services. - Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance. - Ensure proper documentation and reporting of completed works. - Maintain customer satisfaction through professional service and communication. **Qualifications Required:** - ITI/Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or related field preferred. - Minimum 1 year of experience in CCTV or networking installation/service. - Knowledge of Hikvision, CP Plus, Dahua, or similar CCTV systems. - Basic understanding of IP configuration and networking concepts. - Ability to work independently and handle client interactions. - Valid two-wheeler license preferred.
