As a Visual Identity reviewer at EY Global Delivery Services (GDS), your role is to review EY branded material from a Visual Identity (VI) perspective following the brand identity guidelines. You will assist the Global Brand Management team in ensuring that the content is accurate, appropriate, and promotes the global positioning and brand's VI. Additionally, you will answer general queries on VI compliance and brand raised by various global clients and act as a brand identity consultant. Your understanding of graphic design and brand management from a visual branding perspective will be crucial in this role. **Key Responsibilities and Behaviours:** - Analytical mindset and problem-solving capability. - Innovative and creative, with a logical and methodical approach to problem-solving. - Passionate about learning and conducting knowledge transfer discussions/sessions. - Enthusiastic and self-motivated, with the ability to lead projects proactively. - Providing dedicated assistance to the overall VI compliance process. - Directly interacting and working under the guidance of both the creative manager and brand team. - Conducting reviews, answering queries, and performing any other audit work under the purview of brand compliance. - Mapping deliverables for compliance, consistency, accuracy, and creativity under EY's VI system. - Understanding and adhering to the tools, systems, and procedures used in executing the processes. - Maintaining relevant documentation related to the process. - Actively engaging and assisting with other related process documentation for the team. - Ensuring stakeholders and customers receive the highest quality of output. - Objectively reviewing deliverables against defined parameters in VI compliance. - Thoroughly understanding and staying up to date with EY's brand principles and guidance on the VI system, advertising, and digital platforms. - Preparing monthly trend analysis to report areas of non-compliance observed during reviews. **Skills and Attributes for Success:** - Thorough knowledge of branding and its visual identity. - Understanding of how designing influences good brand-compliant creatives. - Knowledge of quality assurance in the design process. - Experience in marketing and brand consultancy. - Proven skills as an influencer and communicator with stakeholders at all levels. - Strong verbal and written communication skills with good presentation skills. - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Marketing and/or Branding and/or Mass Communication. - Master's degree/MBA in Marketing and/or Branding and/or Mass Communication and/or Marketing Management. - Certification in Branding and/or designing and/or quality measurement. - 1-2 years of relevant experience. **Additional Details of the Company:** EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) is a truly global delivery network that collaborates with teams from various EY service lines, geographies, and sectors across six locations.
