CBE Assistant Coordinator

Key Responsibilities / Task List1. Daily Teacher Training & Classroom Mentoring

• Conduct daily school visits to model CBE pedagogy through live classroom demonstrations.
• Provide structured guidance on lesson planning, activity execution, and classroom management.
• Mentor teachers individually and in groups, ensuring theory-to-practice implementation of CBE.
• Continuously follow up on training sessions to measure classroom adoption and learning impact.

2. Teacher Capacity Building

• Conduct on-site training workshops tailored to each school’s context.
• Prepare and distribute localized training material aligned with state curriculum and NEP 2020.
• Conduct SWOT analysis of teachers to identify strengths and capacity gaps.
• Coach teachers on Foundational Literacy & Numeracy (FLN), soft skills, life skills, and student leadership integration into daily lessons.

3. Student Learning & Classroom Support

• Support teachers in delivering experiential and project-based learning activities.
• Encourage peer-learning systems such as subject friends and group projects.
• Track and document student progress in FLN, critical thinking, creativity, and life skills.
• Provide structured, data-backed feedback to teachers for improvement.

4. Program Implementation & Curriculum Alignment

• Ensure lessons are aligned with CBE principles and NEP 2020 competencies.
• Support teachers in customizing lesson delivery for grade-specific and local language needs.
• Guide competency-based assessments and evaluations at the classroom level.
• Introduce and handhold teachers on using innovative classroom tools for improved outcomes.

5. Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting

• Maintain daily and weekly records of teacher training, classroom observations, and student outcomes.
• Submit field reports with actionable insights for program coordinators and the CBE Lead.
• Use digital tools such as the Competency Tracking App to capture data and track progress.
• Recommend data-driven improvements to refine school-level implementation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
