Jaina Mohan Caterers is a leading catering service provider specialising in weddings and events. We are seeking an experienced Crockery Manager to join our team in Agra. The ideal candidate will handle all aspects of crockery management for our catering operations, ensuring seamless execution of events both locally and outstation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed lists of crockery required for wedding catering and other events based on client needs.

• Interact with clients to understand requirements, provide recommendations, and ensure satisfaction.

• Retrieve crockery from the godown as per the prepared list and transport it to event sites (within Agra or outstation).

• Oversee the safe return of all crockery to the godown post-event, verifying against the list to ensure no losses or damages.

• Travel out of Agra for outdoor catering and events, which may require staying for a few days as needed.

• Maintain inventory records and ensure crockery is clean, organized, and ready for use.

• Interacting and guiding workers for setting up catering site.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in catering and crockery management.

• Strong knowledge of crockery types, quantities, and setups required for wedding catering.

• Excellent client interaction skills with a customer-focused approach.

• Willingness to travel outstation for events, including overnight stays when required.

• Ability to work flexible hours: Regular days from 10 AM to 7 PM; undefined hours during events and catering (may include evenings, weekends, or extended shifts).
