Catalogue Executive

Full Time

Key Responsibilities
  • Defining product information within Vault's system
  • Conducting quality checks of all listed products
  • Categorizing products across multiple categories
  • Cataloguing & structuring product data
  • Collecting attributes, descriptions, and images from varied sources
  • Conduct regular audits of the product catalog to identify and correct discrepancies or outdated information.
  • Conducting quality checks (QC) of all listed products
  • Collaborate with the IT department to troubleshoot and resolve any catalog-related technical issues.

Skills & Software Knowledge
  • Familiarity with cataloguing or inventory management software
  • Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for data entry & management
  • Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for data entry & management
  • Exposure to e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, or similar)
  • Should have a basic understanding of garments as a product
