Catalog Operations Associate

Role Overview:

As a Catalog Operations Associate, you will be the backbone of kindlife's merchandising operations. You'll ensure every product is correctly listed, priced, and optimized keeping our catalog clean, up-to-date, and ready for campaigns and platform integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the

  product catalog

  on kindlife and third-party platforms.
• Conduct

  regular catalog clean-ups

  to fix errors, duplicates, inactive SKUs, or outdated content.
• Update

  prices, offers, and inventory

  in line with live sales, promotions, and margin changes.
• Ensure all product data titles, descriptions, images, filters, and attributes meet internal quality standards.
• Coordinate with the

  Category, Tech, and Ops teams

  to resolve listing or sync issues quickly.
• Prepare and maintain

  catalog trackers

  and ensure timely uploads for new product launches.
• Support

  bulk uploads

  ,

  SKU mapping

  , and

  campaign readiness

  for events and sales.
• Identify opportunities to

  improve catalog hygiene

  and streamline internal processes.

What we're looking for:

• 13 years of experience in

  e-commerce catalog operations

  (experience with Shopify, Unicommerce, or marketplaces like Nykaa, Amazon, or Flipkart preferred).
• Excellent attention to detail and comfort working in

  large data sheets / Excel

• Strong organizational and time management skills you love checklists and clean trackers.
• Basic understanding of pricing, promotions, and product taxonomy.
• Proactive problem-solver who takes ownership and enjoys cross-functional collaboration.
