Role Overview:

E-Commerce Catalogue Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Catalogue Management:

• Create, update, and maintain product listings on e-commerce platforms with accurate titles, descriptions, pricing, and images.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with platform standards and improve catalog quality.

• Operational Coordination:

• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for timely receipt and processing of Purchase Orders (POs).
• Schedule appointments for product onboarding and catalog updates.
• Support PEC/MPEC sales operations by ensuring catalog readiness for campaigns and promotions.

• Data Analysis & Reporting:

• Use Excel functions for catalog tracking and performance reporting.
• Monitor catalog health metrics and recommend improvements for better visibility and conversion.

• Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with merchandising, supply chain, and marketing teams to ensure seamless catalog operations.
• Communicate effectively to resolve discrepancies and maintain workflow efficiency.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Data Validation).
• Hands-on experience with e-commerce cataloguing tools and platforms.

• Soft Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (regional language is an added advantage).
• Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.

Experience:

• 2-5 years of experience in

  MPEC sales operations

  or e-commerce catalog management.
• Prior experience in coordinating POs and managing catalog workflows is essential
