Catalog Associate

As a Product Catalog Coordinator, your responsibility will be to create, update, and maintain product listings in the catalog with accurate details, including product titles, descriptions, specifications, pricing, and images. It is crucial to ensure that all product information adheres to internal guidelines, formatting standards, and SEO best practices. Your role will also involve reviewing and auditing catalog data to ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistency. In this position, you will be required to collaborate with suppliers and vendors to gather necessary product data and address any discrepancies that may arise. Properly categorizing and tagging products for easy navigation and searchability will be a key aspect of your job. Additionally, you will work closely with the marketing and merchandising teams to ensure that promotional content is accurately reflected in the catalog. Monitoring catalog performance metrics and identifying opportunities for enhancement will be part of your regular tasks. You may also be involved in assisting with bulk uploads, data migration, and system updates as needed. This position is Full-time and requires in-person work at the designated location.
