CASTING ASSOCIATE CUM EXEUTIVE PRODUCER

Casting Associate Duties:

• Scout and shortlist suitable actors, models, and performers for roles in web series, films, advertisements, or short-form content.
• Conduct and schedule auditions (offline and virtual); coordinate with casting directors, agents, and talent managers.
• Maintain a detailed casting database with profiles, audition tapes, and feedback.
• Negotiate talent contracts in line with production budgets and union/legal guidelines.
• Ensure cast availability during pre-production and shooting schedules.
• Manage look tests, readings, and chemistry checks with the director and lead actors.

Executive Producer Duties:

• Oversee the entire project life cycle – from ideation, budgeting, and scripting to post-production and final delivery.
• Collaborate with writers, directors, line producers, and department heads to ensure creative and financial goals are met.
• Monitor schedules, shooting timelines, and resource allocation to prevent delays and budget overruns.
• Serve as the communication bridge between investors/producers and the production team.
• Ensure content meets regulatory guidelines, legal clearances, and platform-specific quality standards.
• Supervise marketing, PR tie-ins, and OTT/channel partnerships (if required).
