Job highlights

Experience in maintaining casting schedules and filling checklists

Fill checklists and MIS, maintain casting schedule, report process deviations

1. Checklists and MIS are filled regularly

2. Maintaining of casting schedule.

3. Reporting and taking appropriate actions to counter any process deviations in consultation with the SS/ HOD4.

Ensure strict compliance to environmental parameters (viz., de-dusting)

5. Operation of ladle car winch, to and from the hot metal handling area

6. Maintaining runner condition

7. Addition of Ferro Silicon in ladle as and when required

.8. Control in skull generation9. Maintain good housekeeping of cast house and tuyere platform

10. Monitoring and ensuring effective cooling of all cooling members.

11. Monitoring and ensuring zero presence of BF gas in the workplace

12. Assist the SS in co-ordination with other functions during shutdown and start up.

13. Ensure samples are sent to Laboratory with proper identification, without any delay
