CASHIER

As a Retail Cashier, your main responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering any pricing or promotions questions they may have, and offering guidance on product location or recommendations. You will also be scanning items, verifying prices and quantities, and ensuring that products are bagged or wrapped as needed. Throughout your shifts, it will be important to maintain and balance cash registers, as well as reconcile revenue at the end of each day. Additionally, you will be expected to process returns, exchanges, and address any customer complaints in a timely and professional manner, escalating issues when necessary. Keeping the checkout areas clean, organized, and well-stocked with receipt paper, bags, and other essentials is crucial to providing a positive shopping experience for customers. You will also be responsible for upholding store policies related to coupons, loyalty programs, and the handling of sale items. While your primary focus will be on cashier duties, you may also be called upon to assist with stock replenishment, cleanup tasks, or supporting sales during high-traffic periods. This is a full-time position that requires a minimum educational qualification of Higher Secondary (12th Pass). The work location for this role is in person, where you will interact directly with customers to ensure their needs are met effectively.,
