About the Company

Whiteness Signages is a reputed provider of signage solutions, known for delivering high-quality and innovative products across Kerala. We are looking for a trustworthy and detail-oriented Cashier to manage daily cash and financial transactions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day cash transactions including receipts and payments.
• Maintain cash book entries and reconcile with bank statements.
• Manage petty cash and ensure timely documentation.
• Issue receipts/invoices to clients for payments collected.
• Assist in collections and coordinate with the accounts department.
• Support the accountant in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Ensure accuracy and transparency in all financial dealings.
• Safely deposit cash/cheques in the bank as required.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in cashier/accounting roles.
• Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping practices.
• Proficiency in Tally / MS Excel / MS Office.
• Valid 2-wheeler driving license preferred (for banking/collection duties).
• Strong integrity, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Female candidates from Trivandrum or nearby locations preferred.
