Cash & Trade - Implementation (German)

You will be a part of the Client Implementation team responsible for handling complex client account openings and product setup requests, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. Based in Bangalore, India, as an AVP in Cash & Trade - Implementation (German), your role involves implementing top-tier solutions for corporate clients and financial institutions. Your responsibilities will include liaising with onshore teams, managing documentation for account openings and product setups, and ensuring timely delivery of required documents. - Liaise with onshore teams on documentation for account-related activities such as account opening, signatory updates, KYC, and account amendments - Manage implementation and maintenance documentation requirements, including signature verification and digitized document archival - Coordinate with internal parties to ensure all related setups are in place and distribute documents as needed - Escalate issues to respective L2 support teams and provide bank letters based on defined procedures - Document tasks performed by the team using an internal case management tool and manage each case efficiently Qualification Required: - Proficiency in German (Preferably B2 and above) with fluency in speaking and writing - 5-8 years of experience in a client-facing role and 4-5 years in handling Cash Management products - Experience in IT systems administration/Networking will be advantageous - Strong communication and interpersonal skills in German Deutsche Bank is committed to providing a positive, fair, and inclusive work environment where employees are empowered to excel together every day.
