Position Summary : We are seeking a skilled and experienced Accounting Senior Associate to oversee and manage our financial processes and accounting. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to drive financial efficiency within the organization. The Accounting Senior Associate will play a crucial role in general accounting and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Responsibilities: 1. General Accounting (RTR): Maintain Accurate accounting books. Develop and maintain financial reporting systems to provide timely and accurate financial information to management. Generate financial reports for internal and external stakeholders. 2. Development: Oversee day-to-day operations general ledger activities, reconciliations and Cash postings. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing training and development opportunities. 3. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and improve overall efficiency. Implement best practices to enhance the accuracy and effectiveness of financial reporting. Requirements: 1. Education and Certification: Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, or related field. 2. Experience: Proven experience as an Accounting or in a similar role. In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, team management. 3. Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in accounting software (Yardi, RealPage) and MS Office Suite. Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Industry Knowledge: Property accounting experience is preferred.
